200 grams Strawberries
200 grams Raspberries
50 grams sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
300 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Soak the gelatin in cold water.

Rinse and chop the strawberries. Rinse and dry the raspberries, setting a few aside for the garnish. Puree the strawberries and raspberries and pour through a sieve. In a small saucepan, heat the berry puree, sugar and lemon juice. Remove from the heat and stir in the softened gelatin. Let cool.

Whip the cream and fold into the puree. Pour into 4 glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.

Serve garnished with raspberries.
