200 grams Sausage as desired (such as Bratwurst)
1 Tbsp butter
l Beef broth
1 Red paprika
1 yellow paprika
2 shallots
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps parsley (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into stripes. Peel shallots and cut into strips.

Cut sausage into slices.

3.

Melt butter in a pan, sauté shallot and sausage slices briefly, add bell pepper strips and broth. Braise while stirring and season with salt and pepper. Serve on a plate garnished with parsley.
