4 Steak fillet (about 160 grams each)

freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Fresh herbs (such as baby nettles, basil and baby spinach leaves)
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp slivered almonds
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse steaks and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan in hot oil on both sides. Reduce heat and cook for 4-5 minutes or until done.

2.

Rinse herbs, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Melt butter and toast almonds slightly. Add herbs and cook until liquid is almost completely evaporated. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Serve steaks with herbs.
