- 600 grams Beef fillet
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 2 sprigs Lemongrass
- 2 Red onions
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps Fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsps chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the meat, pat dry, trim and cut into thin strips. Rinse the tomatoes and pat dry. Peel the lemons and cut diagonally into thin rings. Peel the onions, halve and cut into strips. Rinse the chile, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and finely chop.
2.
Heat the oil in a pan and sear the meat. Add the onions, lemongrass, tomatoes and remaining ingredients, toss briefly, season with salt and pepper and serve in bowls.
