4 Ribeye Steaks (about 150-200 grams)
4 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 handful Basil
olive oil (for drizzling)
Lemon wedge (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 80°C (approximately 175ºF).

Rinse the steaks and pat dry. Peel the garlic and cut, at will, into slices.

Heat the oil in a grill pan, add the garlic and fry the steaks over medium heat, on each side for 3-5 minutes. Take care that the garlic does not burn. Season with salt and pepper.

Wrap the steaks in foil and leave to rest for 5-8 minutes in the oven.

Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and cut into strips.

Unwrap the meat and arrange on plates. Drizzle with fresh oil and serve garnished with basil and a lemon wedge.
