- 400 grams Sirloin steak
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 bunch Thai basil
- 1 bunch mint
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 scallions
- 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
Preparation steps

Rinse beef, pat dry and sear on all sides in hot oil. Remove from pan. Mix honey with soy sauce mix and brush over meat. Cook meat in preheated oven at 160°C (approximately 350°F) for about 20-30 minutes until pink in the center. Remove meat from oven and let cool, then cut into thin slices.

Rinse basil and mint and shake dry. Pluck mint leaves.

Rinse tomatoes, quarter, remove seeds and cut into strips.

Cut chile peppers into thin strips.
5.
Peel garlic and chop finely.
6.
Mix rice vinegar with sesame oil, herbs, chile peppers, tomatoes and garlic. Season with soy sauce and add meat slices. Serve in bowls.
