3 carrots
400 grams white Daikon radish

1 handful cilantro
16 slices Roast beef
1 Tbsp Wasabi paste
2 Tbsps black Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the carrot and radish and cut into thin sticks. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes until al dente, rinse and drain well.

Rinse the cilantro and pat dry with paper towels.

3.

Spread the roast beef slices on a work surface. Spread each with a pea-sized amount of wasabi and top with the vegetable sticks. Sprinkle with cilantro and roll the roast beef up around the filling.

4.

Serve garnished with black sesame seeds and with dipping sauce, as desired.
