Beef Patty Sub
Fry the onions in 1-2 tbsp oil. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
Make a meat dough by mixing together the minced meat, egg, shallots, mustard and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Break into 4 pieces and shape into burgers. Fry in the remaining oil for 5-8 minutes on all sides.
Slice the rolls and toast. Place the meat on one half of the bread and top with a slice of cheese. Add some lettuce and onion rings and then place the other piece of bread on top.
