16 ozs lean Ground beef
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsps Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic cloves (minced)
1 Tbsp paprika
salt (to taste)
peppers (to taste)
4 Flour tortillas (warmed according to package instructions)
1 small Red onion (peeled and sliced)
1 ripe Tomato (washed sliced)
Lettuce (washed and dried)
Ketchup to serve (optional)
Mayonnaise to serve (optional)
Relish to serve (optional)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat gas or charcoal grill to medium heat.

In a large bowl combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, paprika. salt and pepper. Use your hands to combine, and knead the mixture until evenly incorporated. Divide into 4 patties, about 1/2-inch thickness.

Lightly oil grill rack. Grill burgers for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until an instant read thermometer registers 155º F.

Assemble the burgers on warmed flour tortillas, add lettuce, tomato and onion slices. Top with your favorite condiment, ketchup, mayonnaise, or relish, etc. Fold the tortilla around the burger and secure with a wooden pick, slice in half.
5.
Serve with french fries.
