- 200 grams Feta
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp marjoram (chopped)
- peppers
- marjoram (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Grill toast until golden brown.
2.
Coarsely mash feta cheese with a fork. Stir in olive oil, chopped garlic and chopped marjoram. Season with pepper. Spread on the slices of toast and place under the preheated oven broiler for 2-3 minutes. Bake until golden brown. Slice toast diagonally into triangles before serving garnished with marjoram.
