- 2 Tbsps clear honey
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 Lime (finely grated zest and juice)
- 8 Chicken drumstick

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Fine grater, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 große Skillet oder Wok, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Teaspoon
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the honey with the coriander. Stir in the lime zest and juice.

Add the chicken drumsticks, mix well, cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
3.
Heat the grill.
4.
Cook the chicken drumsticks, turning and brushing frequently with the marinade, for about 25 minutes until cooked through. (To check, pierce the drumstick at its thickest part, next to the bone. The juices should run clear. )
