1 Tablespoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Box grater, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Pot, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Fine grater
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Wash but don't peel potatoes, slice in half lengthways, then slice again into skinny quarters.
2.
Place potatoes in a bowl and rub with salt.
3.
Using mortar and pestle, crush garlic, rosemary and remaining salt with a little olive oil. Add the rest of the olive olive gradually until it's blended in.
4.
Pour oil mixture over potatoes and coat well.
5.
Place on a baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes. Turn over up slightly, turn potatoes over, and brown for another 10 to 15 minutes.
