150 grams Smoked salmon
120 grams Whipped cream
30 grams Horseradish (from a jar)
1 tsp vegetable oil
salt

2 sprigs Dill

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes and cut off the bottoms to make them stable while standing. Brush each potato with oil and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 50 minutes.

Scoop out pulp from still warm potatoes carefully. Cut salmon into small cubes and stuff potatoes with it. Whip cream and combine with horseradish, season with salt and pepper. Place dollops of cream on each potato and garnish with dill. Serve.
