Preparation steps
1.
Rinse potatoes thoroughly and boil whole in salted water for about 25 minutes.
2.
Drain corn. Melt butter in a small pan and saute corn for about 5 minutes. Season well with salt and pepper. Add ham and cook.
3.
Drain poatoes, let air dry and open slightly. Fill potatoes with corn and ham. Serve immediately.
