800 grams waxy potatoes
250 grams Tuna (Canned, not drained)
250 grams Corn kernel (canned)
1 onion
2 Tomatoes
400 grams Whipped cream
3 eggs
120 grams grated Cheese (such as Cheddar)
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease 4 small baking dishes with oil.

Scrub, trim and slice potatoes. Cut into star shapes and place in baking dishes.

Drain tuna and chop. Drain corn. Peel onion, cut in half and cut into strips. Blanch tomatoes, peel, cut into quarters, remove cores and finely dice. Mix sour cream with eggs and half of the cheese. Whisk and season with salt, pepper and chile powder. Add tuna, corn and onions and spread over potatoes in dishes. Top with diced tomatoes and remaining cheese. Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and serve.
