Baked Potatoes with Cheese
Potatoes are a great source of energizing carbohydrates. They are filling, full of fiber, and with the addition of the cheese, contain calcium and healthy fats.
You can add sour cream, scallions, or bacon to these potatoes for more calcium, nutrients, and protein!
Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and bake for about 30 minutes. Then cut open and scoop out some potato (leave up to about 1/4" rim to the skin).
Mash the interior of the potatoes with the butter and camembert with a fork. Add the chives and season with salt and pepper. Refill the potatoes and wrap with aluminum foil. Grill for about 15 minutes until cooked and serve.
