8 medium-sized, starchy potatoes

200 grams Sour cream

Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, then prick several times all around with a fork. Prepare eight 15 x 15 cm (approximately 6 x 6 inch) pieces of aluminum foil. Brush on one side with oil. Place the potatoes onto the foil, sprinkle with the salt and caraway seed, and seal well. Place the potatoes on the edge of a grill and cook for 45-60 minutes. Turn the potatoes from time to time. The potatoes are done when they are tender and you can insert a skewer in the middle easily.

Remove the potatoes from the grill, and remove from the foil. Spread the potatoes open, season with salt, top with the sour cream, and serve immediately.
