Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Rinse and scrub potatoes thoroughly. Cut potatoes into quarters or wedges, depending on the size, and place in a bowl. Add oil, curry powder, chili powder and salt to the bowl and mix everything. Place potatoes with skin side down on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until soft.
