- For the dough
- 300 grams cooked potatoes (from the day before)
- 200 grams Pastry flour
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 30 grams softened butter
- salt
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation steps
1.
For the filling, chop onion and saute in butter. Rinse spinach, trim and add to an empty pan without draining. Heat until wilted and then drain and cool. Express and coarsely chop. Mix with onion and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

For the dough, finely grate potatoes and mix with flour, baking powder, butter, eggs and a pinch of salt. Knead into a dough and then mix in parsley.

Grease a loaf pan about 30 cm long (approximately 12 inches) and add 1/3 of dough, pressing down gently. Spread filling on top. Cover with remaining dough, smooth and brush with milk.
4.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold.
