50 grams Blue cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Spread the cream cheese over the toast and sprinkle with lemon pepper.

Cut the plums in half, pit and arrange, cut-side up, over the cream cheese. Cut the blue cheese into thick slices and arrange over the plums.
