- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Sliced cheese
- 4 Cherries
Preparation steps

Peel plantains, brush with oil and place in a baking dish. Roast in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F), 15-20 minutes.

To serve, cut plantains, bend slightly and top decoratively with ham and cheese. Garnish with cherries.
