2 Tbsps butter
8 slices Bacon
1 handful parsley
2 Tbsps olive oil
4 slices cooked ham (thick slices)
150 grams Cheese (such as. Gruyère) (sliced)

Preparation steps

Preheat broiler.

Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the bread slices and toast until golden on both sides. Cook the bacon in a skillet until golden brown and crispy. Rinse parsley, shake dry, and puree with the olive oil. 

Place the bread slices on a work surface. Top 4 slices with the bacon, ham and cheese. Drizzle with the parsley oil. Top with the remaining bread slices. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until the cheese starts to melt and the bread is crispy.

Serve halved if desired.
