3 Tbsps honey
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C upper and lower heat.

Peel parsnips and halve lengthwise. Spread on a baking sheet and mix with oil. Season with salt and pepper and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25 minutes, turning halfway through baking. 

3.

Heat butter with honey and lemon juice in a small saucepan and glaze baked parsnips with the mixture. Finish baking parsnips in preheated oven at 240°C (approximately 475°F) for about 5 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and serve.
