- ¼ cup butter
- 2 Tbsps Oil
- 1 Tbsp runny honey
- 1 lemon (halved lengthways and sliced)
- 4 Pork chop

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 großer Pot mit Deckel, 1 Small pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Whisk, 1 Potato masher, 1 Silicone spoon, 1 Casserole dish, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Fine grater
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200C (180C fan) 400F, gas 6. Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil and cook the parsnips for 5 minutes. Drain well.

Heat the butter and 1 tbsp oil in a roasting pan on the hob and stir in the honey. Add the parsnips and sliced lemon, coat thoroughly with the liquid, sprinkle with salt and pepper and roast in the oven for about 20 minutes until browned and tender.

Heat the remaining oil in a wide pan and gently fry the chops for about 5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
4.
Put the parsnips on a serving dish with the chops. Add the lemon juice and zest to the roasting pan, stir briefly over a high heat and pour over the dish.
