4 Tbsps lemon juice
½ Baguette
40 grams Herb butter
4 Plum tomato
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
50 grams shrimp (in oil, drained)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut fish fillets in half and sprinkle with lemon juice. Slice bread and spread with herb butter. Slice tomatoes, remove seeds and brush with oil. Pat fish dry and brush with oil.

2.

Preheat a pizza stone and sprinkle with salt. Place tomatoes, fish, shrimp and bread on stone. Season everything with pepper. Bake. Top toasted bread with tomatoes, fish and shrimp and serve with creme fraiche.
