16 ozs fingerling potatoes (unpeeled and halved)
1 Tbsp chopped rosemary
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 220°C (200° fan) 425°F gas 7.

Toss the potatoes with the rosemary and oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

Spread out in a single layer in a roasting tin and cook for 40-45 minutes, turning them 2 or 3 times, until the skins are golden and the flesh is tender when pierced with a fork.
