1 lg slice Farmhouse bread
4 thin slices Turkey breast cold cuts (smoked, poultry sausage)
1 small, red onion
2 tsps small Caper
100 grams Gouda (1 thick slice)

Preparation steps

Cut the slice of bread in half and toast or bake in a hot oven at 220°C (approximately 425ºF).

Cut the cheese into cubes. Peel the onion, cut in half lengthwise and then cut lengthwise again into slices.

Distribute the turkey meat, onion and Gouda over the bread slices and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425ºF) for a few minutes, until the cheese starts to brown slightly.

Remove, shower with capers and serve immediately.
