4 tsps liquid honey
2 tsps butter
4 Tbsps Coconut flakes
2 sprigs Lemon balm
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Melt butter and honey in a small pot and allow to cool. Mix in the lemon juice. Rinse the lemon, shake dry and finely chop. Stir in the butter-honey mixture. Peel the banana lengthwise around and carve so that half of the peel can be pulled off.

2.

Place the bananas on a lined baking sheet with foil, brush with butter and honey mixture, sprinkle with coconut flakes and bake in a preheated oven (200°C) (approximately 400°F) for about 5 minutes.
