Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Rinse apples and wipe dry. Remove apple core from the bottom with a fruit corer, leaving the stem attached if possible. Mix marzipan in a bowl with raisins and almonds. Fill apples with marzipan mixture.
Butter a baking dish with half of butter. Place apples with the stem upward into the baking dish and cover with remaining butter cut into small pieces. Bake apples in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with white wine and continue baking for 15-20 minutes. Heat rum in a saucepan. To serve, arrange apples on plates and drizzle with rum.
