Apple (about 150 grams)
Preparation

Kitchen utensils

1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small bowl, 1 Mini food processor, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 small Melon baller, 1 small Casserole dish, 1 Teaspoon

Preparation steps

Mix together spelt and apple juice in a small bowl and let soak for 1 hour.

Finely puree spelt mixture with hazelnuts and raisins in a mini food processor. Season with cinnamon.

Rinse apple and wipe dry. Cut off the upper part and reserve as a lid. Thoroughly cut out core.

Place apple in a small baking dish and fill with spelt mixture. Replace apple "lid," pour 3 tablespoons water into the baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (fan 180°C, gas mark 3) (approximately 400°F/convection 350°F) until apple is soft, about 20 minutes. Remove, let cool slightly, check temperature and feed.
