- 8 ozs cream cheese
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 bunch Chives
- 6 ozs Cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- Lettuce
- 3 ozs Cheddar cheese
- 2 Avocados
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 1 bunch Cress (or sprouts)
- 4 Bagel
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the cream cheese with salt and pepper. Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into rounds. Mix into the cream cheese.

Rinse the cucumber and tomato and cut into slices. Rinse the lettuce leaves and spin dry. Coarsely grate the cheddar. Cut the avocados in half, remove pit and scoop flesh from the peel. Cut the avocado into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Chop the cress.
3.
Cut the bagels in half and spread with cream cheese. Pile the rest of the ingredients on top and cover with the other half of the bagel.
