Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Rinse the turkey breast, pat dry and season with ground pepper. Wrap bacon strips around the turkey breast, covering it completely. Heat oil in a roasting pan and fry the turkey breast quickly on both sides.

2.

Bake in a preheated oven for 60 to 75 minutes until crispy. Remove from the oven, slice and serve on a plate with fresh parsley.
