- 125 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 125 grams Sour cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

Peel and halve the avocado. Remove the stone and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel the garlic.

Pass the garlic through a press. Mix with garlic with the avocado and yogurt until smooth. Season to taste with salt, cayenne pepper, and pepper.
