- 1 Radicchio
- 100 grams lamb's lettuce
- 250 grams green Grape
- 200 grams Gorgonzola
- 1 Red onion
- 4 Tbsps White vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Red currant jelly
- 1 tsp Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 5 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 slices Toast
- 2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim and spin lettuce dry. Cut radicchio into wide strips. Rinse and halve grapes. Crumble gorgonzola. Peel and finely chop red onion.
2.
To make dressing, whisk vinegar with red currant jelly and mustard. Season with salt and pepper and whisk in oil. Stir in chopped onion and season to taste.
3.
To make croutons, cut bread into cubes and fry in butter.
4.
Gently toss prepared ingredients with dressing. Arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with croutons.
