Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, trim, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse grapes and cut in half. Rinse raspberries and gently pat dry. Peel onions and cut into wedges. For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar in a bowl with oil and season with a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper.

2.

Mix lettuce in a large bowl with onions, grapes and raspberries mix, arrange on plates and serve drizzled with vinaigrette.
