- 250 grams mixed Lettuce (such as rocket, red leaf, Batavia lettuce, Lollo Rosso, etc.)
- 150 grams yellow Grape
- 150 grams purple Grape
- 400 grams Assorted cheese (such as Parmesan, Gorgonzola, Camembert, Mommark)
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps shelled Sunflower seed

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the lettuce and spin dry. Rinse and halve the grapes. Remove the seeds, if necessary.
2.
Cut the cheeses into bite-size pieces. Whisk together the olive oil and white wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Divide the lettuce onto serving plates and top with the cheeses and grapes. Drizzle with the vinaigrette, garnish with sunflower seeds and serve.
