1 Tbsp butter

250 uncured ham (cottage ham, in thick slices)
100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
75 grams Quark
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the bottom third of the asparagus, cut off the ends and cook in boiling salted water, with the butter, for 8 - 10 minutes. Lift out and drain.

2.

For the sauce, combine the yogurt with the quark and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

3.

To serve, arrange the asparagus on plates along with the ham and drizzle with the rich sauce.

Suggestion: Serve with parsley potatoes.
