Asparagus Salad with Strawberries
Rinse asparagus, peel and cut diagonally into thin slices. Blanch asparagus in boiling, salted water for 1 minute. Rinse in cold water and drain.
Rinse and chop strawberries. Rinse sorrel, shake dry and trim leaves. Mix asparagus, strawberries and sorrel.
Mix vinegar, canola oil, salt and pepper.
Serve salad in bowls drizzled with dressing.
