200 grams Strawberries
½ bunch Sorrel
salt

4 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel asparagus, cut off ends and cut diagonally into very thin slices.

2.

Rinse strawberries, trim and halve or quarter depending on size. Rinse sorrel and shake dry.

3.

Cut leaves finely. Mix asparagus with strawberries and sorrel.

4.

Combine vinegar and oil.

5.

Season with salt and pepper and mix with the salad ingredients.

6.

Serve in bowls.
