- ½ carrot (finely slivered)
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil

Preparation steps

Dampen two kitchen towels and place rice paper between them, one at a time. Allow to sit 1-2 minutes to soften. Place vegetable fillings on the rice paper sheets, season with sesame oil, and roll. Serve with light soy sauce for dipping.
