This salad is packed with fiber from the apples while the pomegranates provide antioxidants, which help protect the body against free radical damage.

If you don't have apples available, pears are a good substitute.

1 pomegranate
2 Fennel bulb
2 Apple
2 Lettuce
1 baby Radicchio
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt

2 tablespoons Dill
7 ounces Gruyere

Preparation steps

1.

Cut pomegranate in half and carefully remove seeds (caution: risk of splashing). Trim fennel, rinse, trims as needed, cut in half, remove hard stalk and cut into thin strips. Rinse apples, cut into quarters, remove core and cut into thin slices.
