- 21 ozs Salmon fillet (skinned, ready to cook)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp fennel seeds
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
Preparation steps

Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and skewer onto wooden sticks.
