- 21 ozs Salmon fillet (skinned, ready to cook)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp fennel seeds
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and skewer onto wooden sticks.

Drizzle with some lemon juice and season with salt, ground black pepper and fennel seeds.
3.
Fry in hot oil on all side and serve on a platter.
