50 grams raisins
50 grams slivered almonds
250 grams rolled Oats
100 grams coarse-grained Oats
100 grams coarse-grained Spelt flakes
200 grams brown cane sugar
50 grams sugar beet syrup
325 grams butter

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F).

Chop dried fruit and mix with raisins, almonds, oats, spelt flakes and sugar in a bowl. Heat sugar syrup and butter slowly in a pot. When butter is melted, stir in cereal mixture.

Spread mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to about 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thickness.

4.

Bake in oven 20 to 25 minutes until light golden brown. Remove from oven, cut into pieces and cool on a wire rack.
