400 grams Egg noodle
2 Chicken breasts
200 grams Snow peas
1 garlic clove
1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
50 grams ham (diced)
2 Tbsps Peanut oil
4 centiliters Rice wine
1 Tbsp sesame oil
Light soy sauce
Fish sauce
1 Tbsp cilantro (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and coarsely chop. Transfer to a bowl and add the ginger, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and the sesame oil and toss to coat. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.

Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, rinse and drain.

Rinse, remove the strings and cut the snow peas in half crosswise.

Peel garlic and chop finely.

5.

Heat the peanut oil in a skillet and saute the chicken and snow peas, stirring constantly. Add the ham and rice wine and cook until the chicken is cooked through, 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta and season with soy sauce and fish sauce. Serve sprinkled with cilantro.
