- 400 grams Tagliatelle
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 600 grams Chicken breasts
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- ground paprika (sweet)
- ½ Tbsp Whole wheat flour
- fresh Sage
- 375 milliliters Vegetable broth (Instant)
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the scallion and cut into rings. Sautée with butter. Rinse fillets, pat dry, cut into strips, and fry. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with flour.
2.
Add the sage leaves. Pour in broth, wine, lemon juice and creme fraiche. Simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain. Mix with the meat sauce and serve everything together immediately.
