- 1 chicken (1,2 kg)
- 2 carrots
- 250 grams Okra
- 250 grams Yam
- 1 onion
- 2 green chili peppers
- 3 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 50 grams Shelled peanut
- Garam Masala
- 800 milliliters Chicken broth
- salt
- cayenne pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse chicken, pat dry, remove skin and trim fat, cut meat into bite-sized pieces. Peel and dice carrots. Rinse okra and cut into pieces. Peel onion and yam root and dice. Rinse chile peppers and cut into rings. Coarsely chop peanuts.

Heat oil in a saucepan and cook chicken for a few minutes. Add vegetables and saute briefly. Add peanuts and Garam Masala. Deglaze pan with chicken broth and season with salt. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 40 minutes. Season with salt and cayenne pepper and serve.
