Preparation steps

1.

Cut zucchini lengthwise into thin slices.

2.

Whisk goat cheese with enough cream to make spreadable mixture.

3.

Rinse and halve chile peppers, remove seeds and ribs and chop finely. Add peppers together with chocolate to goat cheese mixture. 

4.

Spread mixture on zucchini slices and roll up, secure with toothpicks. Arrange on plates decoratively and serve.
