- 1 egg yolk
- 1 centiliter Fruit brandy
- 60 grams sugar
- 200 grams Whipped cream
- 1 pkg Vanilla sugar
- 400 grams Greek yogurt
- 200 grams Blueberries
- 150 grams Strawberries
- 1 lg can Clementine (drained)
- 150 grams Raspberries
- 50 grams Whipped cream (beaten, sweetened)

Preparation steps
1.
Combine egg yolk with fruit brandy and sugar, beat over boiling water until creamy. Whip cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into yogurt. Add egg yolk mixture carefully.

Rinse and pat dry blueberries. Rinse and dry strawberries, hull and cut into wedges. Place 1/3 of cream into 4-6 glasses, add blueberries. Layer next third of cream and strawberries. Top with remaining cream.
3.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Top with clementine slices, add a dollop of cream and garnish with raspberries. Serve.
