½ l Buttermilk
60 milliliters lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
220 grams sugar
400 grams Raspberries
4 Nectarine
1 tsp cornstarch
2 Tbsps powdered sugar
1 Tbsp raspberry Brandy

Preparation steps

Combine creme fraiche, buttermilk, lemon juice and sugar, mix well. Rinse, halve adn fillet nectarines. Cut half of nectarines into small pieces and mix with cream. Place into a bowl and freeze for about 2 hours. Stir often with a fork or blender to prevent crystals. Place into high, lined with plastic wrap dessert dishes and freeze for about 7 hours.

Clean 300 grams (approximately 10 ounces) of raspberries. Mix with sugar and puree. Place in a saucepan and heat, stirring. Add cornstarch and thicken, add liqueur.

Before serving, dip glasses into hot water for a few seconds. Invert parfait onto plates and garnish with nectarine slices, remaining raspberries and raspberry sauce. Serve.
