1 handful Cape gooseberries
250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
½ Vanilla bean (seeds of)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
170 grams Fruit cereal

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and drain the berries. Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Peel the banana and cut into slices.

2.

Peel, rinse, and drain the cape gooseberries. Mix the yogurt with the vanilla, lemon juice, and honey.

3.

Mix half of the muesli into the yogurt, and transfer to a bowl. Top with the remaining muesli and the berries. Garnish with mint and serve.
